We represent our client, a multi national manufacturing company (European) in Cikarang area, to find a suitable candidate to fill the position of:
HR & IR Manager
Main Responsibilities:
The incumbent will report to HR Director and responsible for over all HR & IR Department activities such as: Talent Management, Organization Development & Change, and Industrial Relation
Qualification:
- Preferably female maximum 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline (preferably from Psychology, Management, or Law)
- Have a relevant experience in Human Resources Management at least 10 years with latest position in managerial level for manufacturing company
- Have an exposure to deal with Labor Union, Change Management, and liaise with government body
- Have a deep understanding in Indonesia Labor Law
- Active in English
- Willing to work in Cikarang area
