II. PERSYARATAN ADMINISTRASI

1. Memenuhi persyaratan IPK : untuk S2 minimal 3.0, S1 minimal 2.8 dan D3 minimal 2.7.

2. Usia pelamar paling tinggi 35 tahun tanggal 1 Desember 2009.

3. Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih 35 tahun dan paling tinggi 40 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2009, harus memiliki masa kerja selama lebih 12 tahun pada instansi/lembaga/ swasta yang berbadan hukum secara kontinyu dan tidak terputus sampai dengan sekarang.

4. Mempunyai kemampuan menggunakan Microsoft Office.

5. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan dengan tinta hitam bermaterai Rp. 6.000,- dan alamat pelamar harus ditulis lengkap dengan mencantumkan, kode pos dan nomor telepon rumah dan HP, serta :

7. Keseluruhan berkas lamaran dimasukan ke dalam map warna hijau untuk Magister (S2), map warna biru untuk Sarjana (S1) dan map merah untuk Diploma (DIII) serta dimasukan ke dalam amplop coklat dengan mencantumkan JURUSAN

PENDIDIKAN DAN FORMASI TEMPAT BEKERJA YANG DITUJU PADA POJOK KIRI ATAS (CONTOH: S1 FISIP ILMU PEMERINTAHAN – SEKRETARIAT KPU PROVINSI BANTEN) dan dialamatkan sebagaimana point 5 melalui Po Box 1000 Bandung 40000.

8. Penerimaan lamaran dimulai pada tanggal 15 s.d. 21 Oktober 2009 (cap pos).

2. Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus Seleksi Administrasi dapat langsung mengambil Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian, pada tanggal 26 dan 27 Oktober 2009 mulai pukul 08.00 WIB s.d 17.00 WIB, dengan menunjukan KTP yang bersangkutan.

c. Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK) dan

d. Tes Kompetensi Bidang.

e. Tes Kepemiluan.

7. Pelamar atau peserta Seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil, tidak dipungut biaya.

8. Keputusan Tim Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Sekretariat KPU Tahun Anggaran 2009, bersifat Mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

9. Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil hasil penerimaan Tahun Anggaran 2009 akan ditempatkan pada Kantor Sekretariat Jenderal KPU, Sekretariat KPU Provinsi dan Sekretariat KPU Kabupaten/Kota untuk mengisi kebutuhan sesuai dengan formasi yang ditetapkan dan yang dinyatakan diterima sebagai CPNS tidak dapat menolak penempatan dengan alas an apapun dan bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus pada tahap akhir seleksi tetapi mengundurkan diri diwajibkan membayar ganti rugi sebesar Rp. 20.000.000,- (dua puluh juta rupiah).
