A Multinational Pharmaceutical Company (ethical business) is looking
for HR Service Manager to lead HRS Department with 4 Staffs & report
to HR Director. Please find detail requirement below.
Key responsibilities:
1. To act as a main contact person on HR services and support, such
as recruitment and performance management, payroll and benefit
administration, promotion and demotion, disciplinary proceedings and
other HR activities
2. To research and propose necessary and appropriate
changes/revisions in employee compensation, benefit and grade system
3. To design and ensure the implementation of recruitment strategy
to be inline with staffing requirements and overall business needs
and strategy
4. To ensure the implementation of Performance Appraisal System
(refer to KPI and Competence Base Performance Mgt System)
5. To manage Employee Relation & CSR activities to establish a
positive working environment
General Competencies:
1. Strong strategic-tactical knowledge, with good analytical,
conceptual and numeric skills
2. High motivation, personal integrity and sense of responsibility
3. Ability to quickly adopt and apply new ideas
4. Ability to work in a fast paced with sense of urgency & attention
to detail
5. Very good communication (oral & written English) and
interpersonal skills
Technical Competencies:
1. Compensation & Benefit (knowledge on Mercer's survey application
and payroll is necessary)
2. Recruitment Management
3. Performance Management
4. Industrial Relation
