IT Staffing/ Recruiting openings in the UK

We Pratham Services are a recruitment consulting company operating from Gurgaon, India.
Presently we have following openings with our UK clients at London, who would prefer local candidates for this position only,

About Client: A leading international recruitment company dealing in the placement of specialist IT professionals within blue chip organizations throughout Europe.

Position: Business Development Consultant.

The successful candidate will be required to:

- Execute all tenders;
- Attend Client meetings to develop new business
- Look after house accounts – i.e. maintaining consistent contact with the Client and Consultant, ensuring contracts runs smoothly, chasing extensions etc.

Requirements:

 Experience of working in a target driven, pressurized and competitive sales environment;
 Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with customer service skills
 Ability to identify opportunities to build on existing relationships and develop new ones;

Position : Recruiter – Dutch / Irish/ English Desk

The successful candidate will be required to:

- New business development , Cold Calling , Lead generation
- Client meetings , Account managing
- Resourcing candidates , Headhunting, Arranging interviews

There are also opportunities for the candidate to run their own desk if you are successful within the role. This position would suit someone who has the ability to work on their own initiative.
