1. BSS SUPPORT ENGINEER (Samarinda & Banjarmasin)
Requirement for BSS-JTSE:
l Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics with at least 2 year in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.
l Requires proven technical BTS, BSC, commissioning, testing and related tools.
l Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
l Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
l Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.
l Have to work at Samarinda/Banjarmasin
Responsibilities for BSS-JTSE:
l Responsible for BSC and BTS System related equipment maintenance;
l Assist to Initial Correction for NOC Surveillance Initiated Fault;
l New BSC / BTS / Transmission Site Acceptance on Behave of Customer;
l Fault Prioritizing, Diagnosis/Resolution;
l Acceptance Prior to Release into Commercial Network;
l Other Services – Acceptance Tests and Other Services;
l Technical support to the Transmission fault diagnosis with the Subcon Maintenance team;
l Escalate the faults to NOC which can not be solved on the spot;
l Receive the BSS initial faultS information from NOC monitoring Engineers and
monitor Subcon maintenance team’s fault diagnosis process.
l Submit the Daily and weekly maintenance reports to the BSS Expert in NOC.
2. MICROWAVE SUPPORT ENGINEER (Balikpapan)
Requirement for Microwave support engineer:
l Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics with at least 1year in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.
l Requires proven technical Microwave and related tools.
l Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
l Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
l Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.
l Have to work at Balikpapan
Responsibilities for Microwave support engineer:
l Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance.
l Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
l Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.
3. NETWORK MONITORINGEngineer
Requirement for network monitoring engineer:
l Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics with at least 2 year in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.
l Requires proven technical network monitoringand related tools.
l Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
l Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
l Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.
Responsibilities for network monitoring engineer：
l NOC Surveillance Initiated Fault Reporting;
l 7x24x365 NOC Surveillance;
l Tier 1 Surveillance – Network Operation Centre;
l Escalation for Problem resolution;
l Network Event Severity Level Identification (Critical, Major, Minor and Informational);
l Detect the alarmsfrom the OMC 7x24 , and dispatch the alarms to the Regional Network Engineer team and FLM team technician on spot to resolve .
l Input the alarms into the Trouble ticket system under the guideance of the E-OMS Engineer.
l Monitoring the whole process of the tickets items ,and close the alarms within the SLA.
l Reminding the FLM Engineers of solving the problems according to the different level alarms ;
l Submiting the daily maintenance report to E-OMS Engineer and Network Monitoring team leader;
l Escalate the alarms to Expert in NOC in time of the problems can not be solved by Regional Network Engineer team and FLM team member on spot to resolve,
l Escalate the alarms to Expert from RCSC and GCSC of the problems which can not be solved by Regional Network Engineer team and FLM team member on spot to resolve;
