Junior IT Helpdesk - Immediate Interview - Singapore
Right now we need 2 IT helpdesk to work in our company from Oct 2008
till end of Jan 2009
Work Location: Tanjong Pagar Area (near MRT), Singapore.
Note: Willing to work on a rotating Shift base on 5 days week.
Monday to Friday and shift allowance will be given
Shift Timings:
Shift 1: 12:00am to 8:00am
Shift 2: 8:00am -4:00pm
Shift 3:1:00pm to 9:00pm
Responsibilities:
Handle email and phone enquiries to serve customers and answer
enquiries Co-ordinate with various teams Inform customers with
regards to updates and issue resolutions Liaise with Team Leads and
follow-up on outstanding issues. Any other tasks as and when
assigned by the management
Requirements:
Min. GCE 'O' Level or Nitec in IT
IT savvy and able to multi task
Customer service-oriented team player with positive working attitude
Must have a strong interest to learn and able to work as a team Able
to commence work immediately or within short notice.
Singaporean, PR or Dependent Pass Holder
Able to stay work immediately
