Our company is a group of Mitsubishi Corporation with main business
in Information Technology require additional manpower for :

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Requirements:
Male/Female, single, max 30 years
S1 Graduated from any reputable university majoring Social
Studies/Administration/ /Economics or any equivalent study with GPA
2.75 and above

Qualifications:
Min. 2 years experience as Customer Service Staff in IT / Service
Company
Understand the basic concept of customer service & customer
retention.
Experience in handling customer complaints and conducting customer
visit
Experience in organizing customer satisfaction survey is an advantage
Adequate IT-literacy (Ms. Office, Visio, PDF, Internet). Able to use
CRM system and/or Survey-Tools, is most preferable
Able to communicate well in English, especially Speaking English.
Patient, pleasant/courtesy, has a "thick skin" and is able to handle
complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers, has empathy for
the customers situation.
