World Vision is an International Humanitarian Organization, is urgently looking for qualified candidates to be based in ACEH for its Aceh Development Programs ( ADP ). All positions require candidates to be proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia. They should have good Computer skills. Ability to write and speak English is a plus.

Communication Officer, Based in Banda Aceh ( 1 year contract, with possible extension ).

The Communication Officer position will coordinate Communications activities and Media relations for World Vision Aceh Development Program; One major responsibility of this position is to ensure a regular flow of professional Communications resources (e.g. story writing) about World Vision’s work in Aceh. Building strong external and internal relationships is very essential function to this role.

Requirements :
• Experience in journalism, Public relations and/or Marketing role with a national and/or international aid organization is essential.
• Excellent skills in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia is a must. Good commend of English both oral and written is very essential.
• Good news and feature writing skills.

Staff Care Officer, Based in Banda Aceh (1 year contract, with possible extension)

The Staff Care Officer will develop and implement staff care plans of action as part of the overall Human Resources strategy, ensuring a comprehensive approach of caring for the well-being of staff. Elements to include in the Staff Care plans will address social, physical and psychological well-being of staff working for World Vision Aceh Development Program.

Requirements:
• Degree in Psychology, Sociology and/or related disciplines.
• Should have at least 3 years continuous experience in the area of Staff Care, Psychosocial work etc.
• Should be fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia. A strong ability to speak and write English is a plus.

Land Titling Coordinator, Based Aceh.

The Land Titling Coordinator will work with RALAS (BPN) and 3 Land Titling Facilitators to ensure that the process of acquiring land titles is conducted smoothly in accordance with Indonesia and community rules and regulations. The Position holder will also ensure adequate reporting mechanism are in place to resolve any problem related to Land titles/certificate for World Vision housing construction project.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor Degree majoring in Indonesia Civil Law.
• Experience: At least 1 year experience working on Land titles/certificate matter in Aceh.
• Others: Should be fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia. A strong ability to speak and write English is a plus.

Land Titling Facilitator (3 Posts), Aceh Barat, Aceh Jaya and Aceh Besar

The Land Titling Facilitators will work with RALAS (BPN), Community and Land Titling Coordinator to facilitate the process of acquiring land titles is conducted well in accordance with Indonesia and community rules, regulations and practices. The Position holder will report to Land Titling Coordinator.

Requirements:
• Education: High school level majoring in social economics, law diploma or related disciplines.
• Experience: At least 1 year experience working as Facilitator with a NGO in Aceh.
• Others: Should be fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia. An ability to communicate in English is a plus.
