Here is the job description:

To acquire the services of a Contractor with senior level experience in
project management in the development of mainframe, client server and web
applications that will make mainframe reports more accessible by using
web-based tools.

In addition to senior project management and technical analysis skills, the
Contractor will work with senior and expert technical staff. The mainframe
environment includes Adabas/Natural and other system tools on an IBM S/390.

Skills:

Minimum 5 years experience in:
Project Management in the development of Mainframe, Client Server and Web
applications.
