Urgent Requirement for Presales Engineerý

An opportunity has arisen for a Presales Engineer to join a IT
Distributor, based on Sunter area.

Role:
A mixture of pre-sales acivities and technical support.

Specific Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of network project, monitoring & other network
administrative tools
* Having experience on network infrastructure which involved on
various technologies and brand
* Experience with the SMB & enterprise class routers and switches.
* Ability to present and explain technical systems, problems and
outcomes to non technical staff
* Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business
needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
* Strong customer service experience in an IT environment
* Min. 2 years experience in IT industry
