Task Details:
Requirements. Requirement analysis, documentation, and clarification (if
needed) to facilitate an effective system design.
Design/Development: Prepare design documentation using established company
standard that meets needs put forth by project requirements. Develop system
solution based on approved Design documentation.
Testing: Perform Unit, System, End-to-End, and support User Acceptance
Testing of changes made to the application as a result of development
efforts.
App/Prod Support: Provide application/ production support for developed
solutions and work assignments.

Technical Skills:
3+ years - Oracle development (SQL, PL/SQL) and understanding of data
warehousing/ reporting environments
3+ years - Unix shell scripting (KORN, C SHELL, BASH, etc.)
2+ years - Crystal Reports or Business Objects development

Professional Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical
personnel (oral and written)
Understanding of the SDLC and ability to learn new methodology specific to
Sprint Nextel
Ability to work within a geographically diverse team
Experience with System Analysis and Application Design of changes made to an
existing system

Analyze user requirementrs, correlate those to system requirements, provide
preliminary design. Review sessions with the client and project team.
Significant data analysis.
Develop complex programs (Unix, ProC, Scripting, SQL)
Test planning, test case development, unit, system, end to end, and UAT
support testing.
