LOWONGAN: Public Communications Specialist di ICCP
Partners for Democratic Change and Chemonics International are urgently recruiting an Indonesian Public Communications Specialist to assist with implementing the Indonesia Control of Corruption Project (ICCP). This is a one-year position with an immediate start.
The Specialist will have significant program responsibilities in three project areas. First, the Specialist will support the government¢s Financial Intelligence Unit (PPATK) in implementing a public awareness campaign focused on non-bank financial institutions. Second, the Specialist will support five pilot regional electronic procurement centers. This will involve designing, establishing and implementing mechanisms for citizen monitoring and oversight of the five centers. Third, the Specialist will help develop a public awareness strategy for a new public complaint system for the court system.
Qualifications:
The Communications Specialist should have at least 7 years experience in conducting stakeholder analyses, facilitating complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, developing and implementing public information and communications programs, and designing and delivering training programs. Formal academic degrees are less important than a proven ability to work creatively and effectively with a diverse set of organizations and agencies, identifying common interests, developing common positions and building coalitions and alliances.
Strong writing skills, the ability to synthesize data and develop clear, practical and timely plans for action are extremely important.
An ability to work and write comfortably in English is greatly desired.
