Software Engineer (Mobile Application Design & Testing) - Malaysia

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field,
Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electron ics
Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Good Java Programming skills - a Must
• Experience in programming/ software development - a
Must
• Experience/exposure to Software Test environment,
and Software Test Methodology - a Must
• Knowledge of Windows and UNIX environments.
• Programming skills in C/C++ and UNIX scripting will
be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of J2ME and other technologies for mobile
devices such as Windows CE, Palm OS and Symbian will
be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Windows Programming, HTML, JSP,
Servlets, CMM/CMMI/other Quality Models,
ClearQuest/other Configuration Management Tools will
be an advantage.
• Self-motivated and Self-starter, results oriented
team player who is willing to work extra hours if
necessary.
• The candidate must be technically aware, savvy, and
competent in their technical/functiona l field of
expertise.
• Ability to use technical knowledge to utilize
available resources effectively and drive innovation.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be part of the Global Software
Group and be responsible for test design, execution as
well
as test applications development to verify and
validate software for mobile products.

Location: Malaysia - Penang
Position: Permanent
