Active Directory & Exchange Project Consultant - Malaysia

Requirements:
Technical Skill Set

• Active Directory
• Active Directory Migration
• Microsoft Exchange
• Migration of email to Microsoft Exchange

Other Skill Set
• Strong customer service, problem solving and
troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
are a requirement as is the ability to exercise mature
judgment in the implementation and operation of
network systems in the presence of clientele.
• Ability to mitigate diverse infrastructure solutions
into a constructive solution which is supported by all
groups.
• Productive and cooperative when working in a team
environment

Responsibilities:
• Executes project work plans as directed by Global
Project Manager
• Implementation PM focuses on the day to day tasks
required for project
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing
to client.
• Effectively applies client’s project methodology and
enforces project standards.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and
stored appropriately.
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
• Holds regular status meetings with country project
teams
• Keeps project team well informed of changes within
the organization and general corporate news.
• Effectively communicates relevant project
information to superiors - Prepare status reports as
scheduled
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely
fashion.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive
information tactfully.
• Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team
member's contributions.
• Assures adherence to internal technical review
processes and current technical standards and
strategic direction
• Manages Request for Change orders as appropriate to
adhere to global change requirements

Location: Malaysia - KL
Position: Permanent
Foreign nationalities, must have min 2 years of
working experience outside of home country
Preference for candidates to have exposure to
regional/global projects
