Our Client, A Multinational Company in Building Material Industry is seeking qualified candidate for the position of:
GENERAL MANAGER SALES (GM SALES)
Requirements:
· Male, Age Maximum, 42 years Old
· Bachelor degree from Business Management form Civil Engineering Would br Advantaged
· Minimum 10 years experience in Reputable Institution for Building Insutry inventory, sales and marketing management and human resources.
· Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Fluency in English both oral and written.
· Strong leadership and detailed person.
Responsibilities:
o To formulate of and to implement the overall sales & marketing strategy and the yearly sales plans and budgets for the Retaile, Project & Individual segment
o To implement and control of company sales policy (pricing, customer segmentation, credit & payment terms, safety & disciplinary procedures)
o To direct, organise, control, assist and motivate the Jabotabek Retail, Project & Individual segment sales organisation
o To develop the skills and competence levels of the sales team through review & action (including selection, coaching and training) to meet the long term needs of the company
o To review distributor performance, setting targets and developing joint business plans to improve effectiveness.
o To implement Territory Management & Key customer account to ensure proper market coverage & key customer follow-up ; To proactively seek new business opportunities and identify new needs and wants in the market place
o To maintain regular communication with other sales managers, marketing team, factory manager / staff and administration.
o To maintain databases, ensure the gathering, evaluation and reporting of all relevant marketing information. To monitor changes in the market situation and recommend or implement action as required
