Responsibilities:

Recruit and staff a temporary and permanent workforce for positions across USA . Must have proven experience at full cycle recruiting and some level of experience in telecommunications as well as IT positions.



Qualifications:.

* Must have good knowledge on 1099 and W2.
* Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting
* Ability to effectively team with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals
* Knowledge of major employment laws and regulations
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and consulting skills
* Strong analytical ability.
